What to send so we can quote in one day

Most delays are missing photos, not missing stock. Send a readable nameplate, the installed view, quantity, and where the freight should land. We reply from Orlando with price and lead time — usually within one business day.

Quote checklist

  1. 1

    Nameplate, straight-on, no glare

Manufacturer, full part number, revision, voltage. Second shot if the number wraps to the side. Boards: both faces.

  2. 2

    Installed view and connector

Flange, shaft or bore, cable exit, and the plug. This stops us quoting the right electrics with the wrong mechanics.

  3. 3

    Quantity and urgency

One spare on the shelf vs a down line. Quantity changes which U.S. channel we search first and whether we split air vs economy freight.

  4. 4

    Ship-to and company details

Company name, receiving address, and a contact who can answer a follow-up. We need this to price freight and issue the commercial invoice.

What we do not need on the first email

A full electrical schematic is optional. A blurry close-up of a barcode with no type string is not enough. If the plate is destroyed, send the drive/CNC model and any remaining stamp.

How we answer

You get the OEM number we will buy, whether it is exact or successor, unit price, lead time, and freight options. If we cannot find the exact string, we say so — we do not substitute a generic part in silence.
