What we ship with your order — and what we do not
We buy the part in the United States, issue U.S. export documents, and book international freight. Destination customs clearance, local duties, and taxes stay with the importer of record. That split is what keeps the quote honest.

We purchase on U.S. channels
OEM or surplus, quoted against the nameplate. Title of the goods for export is set up so we can issue a commercial invoice and packing list.

We prepare U.S. export paperwork
Commercial invoice, packing list, and the export data the carrier needs. HS / NCM classification on our invoice is our best description of the goods — the importer still confirms classification at destination.

We book international freight
Air, courier, or ocean depending on weight, urgency, and what you asked for on the quote. Tracking is shared when the carrier assigns it.

The importer clears at destination
Duties, local tax, and filing with destination customs are the importer’s (or their broker’s) job. We are not the destination customs broker.
What is in our quote
Part price in USD, U.S. handling, and the international freight option you chose. Destination duties and taxes are not included unless a quote line says otherwise — they are assessed where the goods clear.
What you should have ready
An importer of record, a broker if you use one, and a delivery address (plant, bonded facility, or broker warehouse). Send that with the first quote request so freight is priced once.
