How to identify a Fanuc A860 pulsecoder
A Fanuc axis does not take “an incremental encoder.” The feedback is a pulsecoder with an A860 (or related) number on the motor or on the unit itself. Photograph that string. We quote the OEM pulsecoder from U.S. stock — not a look-alike encoder.

Find the A860 (or A860-*) string
It is stamped on the pulsecoder cover or on the A06B servo / spindle nameplate. Copy the full number, including dashes and trailing letters. Partial numbers quote the wrong resolution or connector.

Photograph the motor plate as well
The A06B motor number (and any αi / βi family mark) confirms whether the pulsecoder is sold as a spare or only with the motor. Send both plates.

Note the machine, not just the part
Lathe, mill, robot, or spindle changes which A860 family we search first. Serial Fanuc feedback is not interchangeable with TTL incremental encoders.

Request the OEM spare
Email sales@tisolutionglobal.com with the photos and quantity. We search remaining U.S. OEM and surplus channels for that pulsecoder number.
Pulsecoder is not a generic encoder
Fanuc serial protocol, connector, and mechanical stack are unique to that A860. A Tamagawa TS52 or a Heidenhain ERN with the “same PPR” will not commission on a Fanuc servo amplifier.
If the pulsecoder is potted into the motor and not sold separately, we say so on the quote and search the A06B motor instead.
What usually fails on Fanuc axes
Bearings, contamination, and cable/connector damage show up as following error or serial alarm. Replacing the cable alone does not fix a dead pulsecoder. Send a photo of the connector and any alarm code with the nameplate.
